Cancellation & Refund Policies

For Group Clarity Sessions, Group and Individual Workshops and other group sessions: We do not issue refunds if you’re unable to attend. In the rare case of facilitator illness or circumstances such as natural disasters, we will reschedule the event. If you’e unable to attend the new date, contact us to request a refund.

For local (Sacramento region) Individual In-person Sessions: We ask that you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. You’ll be given a payment link right before the session starts.

For Individual In-Person Sessions that require our travel: Your pre-payment of our travel costs are required and not refundable. If you must cancel and reschedule, we ask that you contact us 36 hours before the start of our travel.

Individual Zoom Sessions: We ask that you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. You’ll be given a payment link right before the session starts.
