I keep nutrition simple and realistic. There are no rigid plans, one-size-fits-all rules, or pressure to be perfect. Instead, we look at what works for you: your physiology, your lifestyle, your goals, and your history with food.

Support is a key part of the process. You receive guidance, education, and ongoing clarity as you build a healthier relationship with food—one that feels sustainable, empowering, and aligned with your body’s needs.

This is not about control or restriction. It’s about understanding, personalization, and creating changes that last.

Open Group Sessions

Anyone can join one of our Open Nutritional Education and Support sessions. They are offered as an in-person session or virtual.

Find a class or event, and be sure to subscribe for alerts when new open sessions become available.

Pricing

Individual and Group Sessions are $80/person but can vary depending on the education and support you are wanting.

Session length is 60min.
