Refund policy

For Group Meditation, Group Clarity Sessions, Group and Individual Workshops and other group sessions: We do not issue refunds if you’re unable to attend. In some instances, such as our Guided Meditation Group Sessions, you can transfer your ticket to someone else; please contact us before the session.

In the rare case of facilitator illness or other uncontrollable circumstances (eg. power outage, natural disaster), we will reschedule the event. If you’re unable to attend the new date, contact us to request a refund.

For local (Roseville/Sacramento region) Individual In-person Sessions: We ask that you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment. 

For Individual In-Person Sessions that require our travel: Your pre-payment of our travel costs are required and not refundable. If you must cancel and reschedule, we ask that you contact us 36 hours before the start of our travel.

Individual Zoom Sessions: We ask that you reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.

For Digital Downloads: We do not issue refunds for digital download products.
