You will learn what’s happening in your body and mind, and you’ll also be guided through practices that feel relevant and supportive to you.
Whether we’re working one-on-one or in a group setting, the intention is the same: to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and adaptable to different backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences.
Meditation here at The Harnessed Core is not rigid or prescriptive. This work isn’t about doing meditation “right.” It’s personal, flexible, and human—a tool you can use to build awareness, steadiness, and a deeper connection to yourself, in a way that honors who you are right now.

Individual and private group sessions start at $40/person. This cost varies depending on length and content of the session.
