I’m opening The Harnessed Core Wellness Studio to a limited number of complimentary private group experiences for people in our local community.
If you have a group of friends, coworkers, colleagues, clients, family members, or people within your community who would enjoy coming together for something a little different, I would love to welcome you into the studio.
Community Studio Experiences are designed for groups of 6–20 people and are available on select Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays, based on studio availability. Most experiences are approximately 45-60 minutes, with final details confirmed when your group is scheduled.
You gather the group. I provide the space, the experience, and everything needed for you to simply arrive and enjoy it together.
What Is a Community Studio Experience?
This is an opportunity to experience The Harnessed Core in a more personal way by bringing together a group of people you already know.
Your group will have the studio privately for a guided wellness experience designed to be welcoming, restorative, and meaningful.
Depending on the experience we choose for your group, your time together may include guided meditation, nervous system regulation techniques, reflection, restorative practices, or other guided experiences offered at the studio.
No previous experience is needed.

Community Studio Experiences are available for groups of 6–20 people. Your group might include friends, coworkers, colleagues, clients, family members, or others in your community.

We’ll find a date that works.
Community experiences are generally available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays. Once I receive your inquiry, we can look at studio availability and find a date that works for both of us.
Come enjoy the studio.
Once everything is arranged, I’ll provide the information you need to share with your guests. Then simply gather your people and join me.
There Is No Cost to Host
Community Studio Experiences are offered complimentary.
There is no hosting fee, no requirement to purchase anything, and no expectation that you sell or promote my services.
I created this opportunity as a way to introduce more people in our community to The Harnessed Core through personal connection and shared experiences.
If you enjoy your time here and choose to tell someone else about the studio afterward, wonderful. There is no obligation.
This complimentary experience is intended to introduce new groups to The Harnessed Core. Returning hosts are always welcome to inquire with a new group; repeat experiences for substantially the same group may be arranged through our regular Private Group offering.
Who Can Host?
You do not need to own a business, lead an organization, or have a large social network.
A host might be:
- Someone gathering a group of friends
- A business owner bringing together colleagues or clients
- A manager inviting members of their team
- A community member who knows people who would enjoy the experience
- Someone who has attended an experience at The Harnessed Core and would like to bring their own group
The most important thing is simply that you would enjoy bringing people together.
Your Private Group
The Harnessed Core was designed for intimate group experiences where people have room to settle in, connect, and enjoy the studio together.
Your group of 6–20 guests will have the studio privately during your scheduled experience.
I’ll guide the experience from beginning to end, so you do not need to teach, facilitate, entertain, or prepare anything.
