Restorative Energy Healing Session: 30, 45 or 60 minutes

Restorative Energy Healing is an integrative blend of vibrational healing, Reiki,
craniosacral therapy, and autonomic nervous system regulation techniques.

Sessions are intuitively guided and designed to support the physical, emotional, and
energetic bodies. This deeply relaxing work supports the body’s natural healing
process, helps calm stress patterns that can create energetic restrictions, and offers a
deep nervous system reset.
