Meditation: Guided Healing & Restoration

We welcome both first-time and experienced meditators.

These 75-minute sessions offer a guided, meditation-based experience to help your body naturally process, heal, and return to a more grounded, steady state.

You’ll be supported in a calm, structured environment that is approachable, respectful, and where you can engage at your own pace.

No prior meditation experience is needed. Space is limited to support the quality of the group experience.

Please Note:

Quiet Environment

• These sessions are intended for adults and teens who can engage in sustained silence. 
• To support a calm, focused experience for everyone, we hold a quiet, settled space during sessions.
  

Health & Shared Wellbeing
To help protect the health and quiet of the space, please refrain from attending if you are experiencing illness or symptoms such as coughing, congestion, or feeling unwell. We look forward to seeing you when you’re feeling better.

Food: To support the environment, we ask that food not be brought into sessions. You’re welcome to bring water to sip on, and we recommend not arriving on an empty stomach, as your body will be actively engaged during the session.

Teen Participation
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Booking Spots
To buy Spots for up to 2 friends, you can book 3 tickets total per session. While booking, select the "Spots (per session)" and then the dates and times. Continue with the booking until it's in your cart. 

If you want to then add more Individual Spots just for yourself, select "Book More", keep it on the default "1 Spot" and select dates and times. Continue with the booking until it's in your cart as well. 

Tickets (Spots) & Transfers
The purchase of Spots (tickets) are non-refundable. Transfers are permitted by request. Prior to the session, please contact The Harnessed Core with the name of the individual receiving the ticket.

Accomodation
Our studio offers a limited number of comfort options, including couch seating, floor mats, and floor cushions. Availability is first-come, first-served, and floor space may not always allow for lying down. You’re welcome to bring your own cushion, mat, blanket, or pillow to support your comfort.

Waiver
All participants must have a signed Participation Waiver on file. If you're new, please complete the waiver prior to your first visit.
